Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the MOXAT Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

MOXAT provides a custodial USDT digital payment platform that allows users to:

• Hold and manage USDT balances
• Send and receive USDT to other registered users
• Deposit and withdraw USDT on the Polygon network
• Create and manage escrow agreements
• Request cash-out to linked bank accounts

To use MOXAT you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and PIN
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

MOXAT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

You agree NOT to use MOXAT for:

• Money laundering, fraud, or financing illegal activities
• Transactions involving sanctioned individuals or entities
• Circumventing applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Reverse engineering, hacking, or attempting to compromise the platform
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

MOXAT may charge fees for certain services including withdrawals, cash-outs, and escrow operations. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you confirm a transaction. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.

MOXAT operates a custodial wallet. This means MOXAT holds your funds on your behalf. We take reasonable steps to protect your assets; however, you acknowledge that custodial services carry inherent risks. MOXAT is not a bank and your funds are not FDIC-insured.

MOXAT provides escrow functionality to facilitate peer-to-peer transactions. MOXAT acts solely as an intermediary and does not guarantee the quality, delivery, or legality of goods or services exchanged through escrow agreements. Disputes must be raised within the platform within 7 days of an escrow closing.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the MOXAT platform are the exclusive property of MOXAT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

MOXAT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOXAT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of funds due to market volatility or cryptocurrency risks.

You may close your account at any time via the Delete Account page. MOXAT may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable fees and verification.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by local law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
